Benefits of Early Screening
How Orthopaedic Screenings Support Early Detection
Screening allows your doctor to identify underlying bone, joint or spine issues and recommend timely, appropriate care.
With early detection and guided management, orthopaedic screening may help to:
Identify potential joint or bone problems early, before symptoms worsen
Reduce the risk of falls or repeat injuries by addressing instability or weakness
Improve movement and flexibility for daily activities such as walking, bending or lifting
Protect long-term bone and joint health, especially for individuals at risk of osteoporosis or arthritis
Support a safe return to sports or work with an appropriate treatment or rehabilitation plan
Protect Your Bone and Joint Health at HC Orthopaedic Surgery

Screenings provide an opportunity to detect underlying issues early, allowing treatment or preventive measures to be introduced before they begin to significantly affect mobility, strength or quality of life.
